ABOUT

After graduating from the International Baccalaureate program at South Salem High School, I began earning a Bachelor’s of Fine Art in Product Design with a minor in sustainable business at the University of Oregon.

During the pandemic year, 2020, I began creating art using household objects and found materials. This time was also a catalyst to my personal exploration of mixed media art, digital design, fashion design, and social media. Daily online posts of my work landed me collaborations with local businesses, influencers, artists, news outlets, and entrepreneurs.

In the Spring of 2023, I earned funding through the Oregon Innovation Challenge to start my own clothing brand, VANA Denim, with a focus on sustainability and freedom from conventionality. Alongside VANA Denim, I have continued to work on a number of design projects including 3D printing, fashion and products. With most of my work, I seek to innovate with the use of reclaimed materials and up cycling.
